After living in Frederickson and Puyallup for the first 22 years of her life, Erin moved to Tacoma and fell in love with the city. She has lived all over Tacoma and after a brief stint in Portland, OR, she moved back and plans to never leave. Although she lives in Tacoma, she has helped buyers and sellers all over the South Sound. Her passion for Real Estate started as an assistant on a team of three extraordinary agents. Wrangling papers, talking new agents through their first buyer, calming clients, and organizing like her life depended on it, she handled the whole transaction start to finish. After a year she decided to take matters into her own hands and become an agent herself. Since then she has taught many first time home buyer classes, helped guide nervous newcomers through the process with ease, and made sure that sellers looking to downsize were well taken care of. In between client appointments, happy hour dates, and Washington rain, she lives for the sun, her dog, her family's lake cabin, friends and bonfires.
